Our beloved Mom, Omi, sister, companion, and friend Ursula (Uschi) Kundmann finished her 83-year long journey here, and left us for her next great adventure early Monday, June 1, 2020. Thank you to all who were there for her and us through her three-year life with leukemia. She took advantage of and even thrived during the extra time she received with the help of Dr. Wendy Stock and her tremendous team at UChicago Medicine. We miss her sparkle, humor, warmth, and beautiful voice dearly. 

 

Update (May 2021): The time is now right for a celebration of her life, which we will hold on 1 June 2021 at 11 AM in the backyard of her home in Bensenville. For those who cannot attend, we will live-stream Uschi’s memorial service on-line.  Full Details are below:
